And you’re correct digi, Luke’s dark side journey was in the Dark Empire comic series. His plan was to get close to the “Reborn Emperor” (one of Palp’s clones) and destroy him from the inside. The audio dramas for that series were really good IMO…
The X-Wing books were indeed awesome, I dug the Allston ones too.
I am a big fan of Zahn’s books. I think he does a great job with the existing classic characters, plus I love the ones he introduced (Thrawn, Pellaeon, Mara Jade, Talon Karrde, etc.).
Yeah, Splinter became kinda defunct once Empire came out. It’s obvious that they didn’t know what way the sequel (Empire) would go, so there’s not a whole lot there. Except for some implied incest…
I’ve got two or three people I think I can get hooked on the show. I don’t know if they are forum inclined people or not, but we’ll see…
Pretty good stuff, one of the better performances I’ve seen on Letterman. Gotta love the drummer singing into a miked megaphone…
Yeah, sorry fellas. I actually thought I was gonna have more time on my hands of late, but it turns out the opposite is true. But I still read pretty much all of it, even if it is a couple times a week.
