ParticipantBesides Switched On I’ve done:
Voice of the Republic – Star Wars discussion based podcast. The hosts are artists and funny as hell…definitely the antithesis of the safe for the family Forcecast vibe. Not tip top production audio-wise, but the discussions are worth it.
Imperial Holonet Radio – Another Star Wars show…this one is more of a sentimental attachment for me as I listened from the beginning. The hosts are really good friends so it’s a good vibe, but it’s definitely not a super professional deal. Bing actually left them a few voicemails back in the day.

ParticipantListened through it 3 times so far…such a good vibe to this show.
I feel it’s time for my 6th marathon of all the shows. Hearing the reflections on the old stuff makes me wanna go back…
Your marathons are the stuff of legend.
What are you usually doing while you listen? At work? Driving? Chores around the house? Walking your pet velociraptor?
Man I think I have an audio addiction. I like to have something playing whenever I’m working or doing chores or driving or whatever. I’ve got 3 or 4 shows that I’ll do marathons of occasionally.
Fun fact – I work at a church…so headphones are definitely involved. AirPods for the win.

ParticipantLoved it, guys…felt just like classic SOS. Y’all don’t miss a beat. Rob, Been following your health updates via Facebook, can’t tell you how happy I am that you’re doing well.
And Bryan it was the feed updating that notified me of the new episode.
Please please please do these more often!

ParticipantI passed a restaurant last weekend called Pawpaw’s. I got sad because no Switched On for long time.
Sure was a happy moment to see the new episode downloading. Miss you boys!

ParticipantCan’t wait for this! I’m finishing up my 5th or 6th marathon through the SOS catalog, perfect way to cap it off.

Is there an RSS feed for these shows? I remember there was talk of setting one up back in the day, but I’ve been absent for awhile…Holy crap dude, just yesterday I saw an old thread with you in it and was just wondering where you were and how you were and when you were. Glad to see you’re still around.
Thanks dude! I’m here, good, and now…you old smoothie.
EDIT: No worries Bryan! I know you’re busy with shtuff, just checkin. I appreciate you maintaining all of this for us to come back to.

ParticipantLove the new site/forum. Much cleaner…though it is a little less…orange. I was glad to see the forum was still here, I still listen through the archive constantly but forget to post in the forum.

ParticipantThanks for the kind words and stuff guys! I’m the drummer, and I’ll pass along the Bucho’s world-fucking advice to the singer 😉

ParticipantPeople who don’t return shopping carts to their designated cart returns but instead expend more energy by putting them up on the curb or worse…putting them in the spot that you’d really like to park in. Or inside a custom-fitted dent on your fender.

ParticipantNo lie, I expected a sound byte of Jerry screaming to play when I opened this thread.

ParticipantNothing excites me more than seeing a new 5 1/2 hour SOS show up. Hilarious as always fellas!

ParticipantIt was pretty surreal seeing footage from the OT that I had never seen before. Yeah…I was there.
