ParticipantYes, that’s exactly what I meant.

ParticipantWhat is this Muddy Boot of which you speak?

ParticipantOkay in that first one, how did they get a giant vagina on a stick?

ParticipantYeah but I think they need to ramp it back up. It’s true that the Muppets aren’t the forefront in entertainment anymore. Make another movie or show to introduce them back, then slowly start bringing in the celebrities. Not too fast now, they can get a bit squiggly. Slow and gentle.

ParticipantOne roll of the scroll wheel and I started laughing.

ParticipantI liked the part with Bucho and the flying. You have a pretty little lady there too. As a matter of fact, that flight instructor isn’t too bad either. In fact, I’ll send you some postage.

ParticipantI have to agree with the previous comments. Overall it was nicely done. I didn’t think the singing was too nasaly for the most part, but it is something that needs to be watched. I think the trend of nasal singing is awful. It makes all the singers sound the same, and it makes them sound like they’re just whining. Or whinging. Pick your pond. When it comes to the bands with the nasal singers, I will listen for approximately two seconds before turning it off.
What stood out the most for me about the vocal was when the singer went into his upper registers he slipped on his notes a bit. That sort of thing needs to be nailed down tight.
The drums were good though, and drove the groove well.

ParticipantAnother way of getting fecal matter on door handles is to open the door handles with something other than your hands.

ParticipantWalken is great. And I’m impressed with the quality you can get these days with just a little fan group.

When I read that, for some reason I automatically read it in Lister’s voice.

ParticipantIn that first one I especially enjoyed the bit with the Starfleet captain. It also looks like they used Blender for the 3D based on the style of the particle effects, and probably one of the Digitech RP units for the guitar.
What I really liked about the San Francisco one was the people weren’t freaking out. The Star Wars stuff seemed just like a regular, everyday part of life in the clips.
And the last two clips are as canon as it gets. Was that Donnie and Marie and Jeff Bridges?

ParticipantWhen I saw the trailer in the theater, they didn’t play it up as a Muppet movie at first. And then suddenly the Muppets come in.
How are they going to fit Muppet porn into that with a PG rating?
Here’s my overall take:
+1 for the Muppets
-1 for needless celebrity cameos. Just focus on the Muppets.
-1 for having the chickens sing the F You song. This is supposed to be a family movie after all, and if they’re not going to have Muppet porn, they also shouldn’t have songs that make people say, “Hey that’s a catchy tune, what is that?” and then look it up and play it in their car full of family.digitaltopia

ParticipantSuper 8 was meh. It kind of came off like a soap opera to me. I loved, loved, loved Thor. Captain America was fun. I have not seen Transformers 3 and I have no plans to see it. I guess I’m just not that big a Spielberg fan anymore. You know, since he stopped actually making movies and started taking scripts and rubbing them on his anus instead.
In fact, I haven’t really enjoyed anything Lucas or Spielberg have done since the 80s. With the exception of some Lucasarts games. But that’s probably because Lucas wasn’t really involved with them.
So how many more of the shows are going to be old shows? When do you guys plan on recording and releasing current stuff again?
