I did notice this time that iTunes supports resumes which it never used to do. I ended up getting the copmplete show in two takes: the first tiem it timed out after about 34MB and then I hit the download button and it picked up where it left off.
No problem with the show once I got the whole thing.

I had to do that on pspTunes…
It first downloaded 36%…stopped
I hit restart
It went up to 77%..Stopped
I hit restart again
Then it finished.
It was kinda weired becuase that usually only happens on the Really long shows (3hs+)
