    Guess it all depends on who had “Switched On” first. Personally, I heard about this pooge long before any other Web site, so I say SOS FOREVER!!!!!

    Nah, we wouldn’t be able to sue… we have no protection for the name for one thing. And, it would be hard to prove that someone operating a business, or a column, or any project by that name, is detracting from our listener base or causing us any harm at all. It’s much more likely that someone would claim that of us, but that doesn’t mean they’d be right.
