A lot is different, but mostly things may not be working as expected. You may have to reset your password (sorry folks). You will definitely have to edit your user to get your fancy ass little avatar to come back and start working.
Expect to have to do a lot of shit… but it will be more solid, and it actually should behave much better on mobile and tablet now. That’s not to say we won’t still have issues. Let’s not get all crazy and shit.
What to do if you are reading this, but can’t log in
This is pretty easy really… just hit the “login” button over there on the right. You’ll be taken to the standard WordPress Login page. Use the forgot password there to setup a new one, and you’ll be in good shape.I’ve changed the spelling of my name. 😛
Rob, I added a plugin to handle this just a few minutes ago. Click on your temp image/name at the top of the right column. Your profile will come up. Choose “edit” at the bottom of that list, and you should be able to upload/use the new plugin.
As for the look of the forums, I’ll be working over the next week or so to make it more Switched ON-y looking… but I really wanted it to work better on my iPad, and I’ve put it off for enough years.
How do I get the new forum to transform me so I look like Anderson Silva and have his fighting skills, but with the voice of Mark Lannegan?

You are SUPPOSED to be able to edit, I turned that feature on. Right above your post, there should be this light grey bar with some links in it. One of them should be ‘edit’. If you don’t see it, I’ll create a regular user and check into that.
Yeah, it only has “reply” and “quote” up there.

Let me know if “edit” shows now. I made a few changes that should allow it… but I don’t wan to create a BS user just to test it when it’s really you guys that need to see it.
I also added in a “latest replies” page so that you can see them all the way you are used to (although it doesn’t default to unread only). I’ve added it to the menu under “Community Forums” and here is the direct URL if you into that psychotic shit.
I got a new Road Review to post in the http://www.theswitchedonshow.com/?s=bucho%27s+road+reviews thread but it won’t let me. It says “Comments Off”. As if it doesn’t love me anymore.
