Since this is not official gear (not for sale on the site) I figured I’d post it here.
It’s just a $10 hat from one of those embroidery shops, I had them do “block letters” (closest to Arial) at nearly 1cm high, and almost 7cm long for the front. I let him set the appropriate size for the back.
get it put on your own fitted hat sucka, I’m not having anymore of these made. Just showing others what I did on my own.
I got one of them lifesized cardboard Robs. Kinda like the Starwars stuff they make. Originally I had him kept next to my Princess Leia in the metal bikini but I think he was taking advantage of her.
…nowadays I just leave him out by the front door….keeps the Jehovah’s Witnesses away.

I got the 20th anniversary series of rubber masks back in ’85. I kept them in their hermetically sealed bags until my David Hasselhoff mask degraded so much I couldn’t use it for bank jobs anymore. I had some of my best hold-ups masquerading as Jerry for 2 years.
