Looks like I was so happy to see this show posted I broke the font formatting.

It’s been five days and I can’t bring myself to listen to the last half of the episode. It’s almost like I prefer knowing there is unheard SOS in my immediate world rather than actually hearing it.

Or maybe it’s just not that good a show? I have no idea. I do know that we talked about trying to do some recording once I was here, but the first year was a busy year for all, and the second year was busy and complicated. I’d like to think we will force ourselves to set aside a little time for fun, but (for me at least) I keep thinking “soon”, then I notice the year has changed again. It’s weird, and I definitely miss it.
Maybe this is why it took me so long to actually release it.
Yeah, I miss it. Especially now that I’m able to have my mind free, I find myself saying really weird shit at work and stuff. It’s about time for another.
It’s just the old you-can’t-have-your-cake-and-eat-it thing. Having some cake is great and eating cake is great but when you’ve eaten all the cake and you don’t know when the next cake delivery is happening it’s literally worse than the entire universe collapsing in on itself and wiping out the entirety of existence. So it’s nice to know you still have some cake.

It feels kind of pointless to respond to any of the actual content you guys discussed since many, many moons have passed, but even the out-of-date stuff – the “Wow, they’re making a new Star Wars movie” section – was fun to listen to, knowing what we know now vs what you guys knew back then. I can always listen to you guys yap about Star Wars.
