Kind of a bummer about The Wachowskis and their string of misses, but I still kind of love them for how they swing for the fences every time.
None of the others seem very tempting, but I’ll watch Get Hard because I’ll watch Will Ferrell in anything. I even enjoyed Anchorman 2 more than the experts said I was supposed to.
The last few movies I’ve watched were Bonnie & Clyde, Half A Loaf of Kung Fu and Calvary. The first is surprisingly darkly effecting, the second is plotless, goofy Jackie Chan bonkersness and the third is the magnificent Brendan Gleeson in another McDonagh brother movie – real well-made but not as funny as In Bruges or The Guard. More of a drama really.
