Also nice to hear another new mini show. I used to break out all the time when I was still on sugar and it never had anything to do with dairy. I avoid it now by adding lemon juice to my water, I go through a 500ml bottle of lemon juice every couple weeks (something to do with citric acid). I haven’t had a blackhead/whitehead/anything for a few months. It sounds like yours might be more of a chemical imbalance thing, so what do I know, I’m not a doctor (yet)

I do the same thing Ben does with lemon water too. Or make my own ice tea from herbal teas. I haven’t had breakouts, just been cutting back on the sugar because more and more research shows that shit just isn’t good for a human to put into themselves in the quantities most humans put in themselves. Taste buds adjust too. After a while “normal” sugar levels taste stupidly over-sweetened.

I’d gotten rid of sugar almost completely, and you’re right – when you do, stuff tastes crazy-sweet! It has to be something else, for sure, just don’t know what it could be.

Glad I’ve got at least two Bens listening, though! I’ll make it a habit from now on, because I do miss doing these shows.
