Some analysts have blamed Sprint’s lack of popular Motorola handsets for its poor financial performance recently. Sprint’s Nextel division uses Motorola handsets exclusively, and may have paved the way for the carrier to begin offering Motorola’s line.

    Very interesting. Gives me hope that if an iPhone does come out, Sprint might carry that, too.
