    You don’t so much as hail the cab, they just pull over, handcuff you and bundle you in the back (then ask “where to?”).

    If it doesn’t work, jam a screwdriver in there and jiggle it about.

    You know, I’ve seen those around, but I never actually paid attention to it… guess I’m too busy giving the finger and shouting out my window at people who have either forgotten how to drive, or never learned how.
