From the old day of Switched ON, comes one of the many projects we wanted to get around to… the “coming this summer” movie trailers about nothing, very little and general premises rather than actual stories.
So back in July 2009, when I was editing the premature ending series, I also spent a few minutes with Derryk shooting this often talked about movie idea, and picked one from an actual show.

I swear I had posted/shared this 2 years ago already… I really need to get back to some of these silly projects. I have dozens of them on a list to one day do.
It’s crazy though, because this is so old that I’d actually thought about doing it over a few times, or at least smoothing the slowing of the footage. In fact, I wanted to redo the titles and all kinds of stuff. I think I’m figuring out why it never got posted.
Who needs Michael Bay or J.J. Abrams.

Seriously. And all that other crud you’ve worked on? You haven’t shared any of that either, except for the Mango commercials. And where’s that stuff Jerry was talking about? Those Star Wars edits he did that you all said were so funny? Care to share?
Well, the premature ending things are here on the site (YouTube kept taking them down for copyright), there is one thing. I’ll dig up the Star Wars edit thing that came up on recent shows, and a few random things that I can find that I think have been missed.
We’ll see what we end up with.
I’m sure you played the Lebowski Star Wars things on the show. Or maybe I just dreamt it.
