Dude, I TOTALLY forgot about that. I’ve only watched it once, and it was actually in the last couple of years. I did like it by the way. I just forgot the Swayze.

Initially yes, but I think people are pretty vocal about DD these days, and if they are movie people they’ve typically seen it. I had plenty of issues with it, but since I went into watching it with the “what’s the big deal” attitude, I was pleasantly surprised. And I’m a sucker for endings like that. 🙂
yeah, you’re right. i guess i’m so used to thinking of it as kind of a “hidden gem” that i take it for granted that it has finally come into its own over the years.
i would love to know if you’ve watched s. darko and what you thought of it.
