Another thought between the PS3 60 GB and the Xbox 360 Premium — the PS3 has a wireless internet card in it, as well as a 60 GB HD vs. a 20 GB HD on the 360. Not to mention a wireless adapter for the 360 is $100 more, plus another $200 for a HD-DVD drive. You do, at the very least, have to buy a $20 component cable for the PS3, as HD content won’t go through the cables it comes with.

Unfortunately for us PAL users, half the games from my PS2 and only a handful of the PS1 games will work… You NTSC guys are a little more lucky… That’s why the PS3 will bomb down under – Which sucks.

Rob, you just disappointed me, I been away fomr the forums for months and come back to see you liking the PS3!?! Blasphemy! If you look at it as a Blu-ray player I could see why you like it. But hardware wise the PS3 isn’t as good as you think it is. Plus, the thing that makes Oblivion look better on the PS3 is coming to the 360 version, they found a shader that allows for better draw distance and it will soon be included in a patch for the 360 version.
Pa-ul: If you like to play games go 360, if you want a Bluray player go PS3. PS3 has almost no exclusive experiences unless you really like Metal Gear Solid or Final Fantasy, both of which are rumored to come to 360 due to low hardware sales of the PS3 and the much larger install base of the 360.

I agree with everything you just said, Brandon. But it is truly the Blu-Ray functionality that I lurve. I won’t argue with the games…
