Yeah…three things:
Bing, you’re frikkin crazy. You would end up in an un-named area DIRECTLY above the United states, and DIRECTLY below Canada. Depending on how you’re standing, you would be in one country or the other. Therefore, if someone crossed the border, but STOPPED inbetween, he would have the right to name the amazingly, thinly sliced amount of area between the U.S. and Canada.
Second, Rusty wasn’t really exported…he’s just standing between Canada and the U.S.

i’ve been in between canada and the USA its not all its made out to be…its really just kinda a bunch a water 😛 (wasnt all that fun either seeing as i cant swim:P)

its hard to match the wittyness of the masters, everyonce n a while i get something but most of the time im too busy laughing at the posts you guys put up 😛
