There’s a p2p television site called http://www.joost.com. You need an invite like Gmail, though, and unlike Gmail, I know absolutely no one who knows about it. Anyone here know about it, know someone who knows about it, or have an invite token themselves? Probably not, huh? Damn!!
EDIT: I just read that you don’t actually download any files. Lame. That’s not what I thought it was. I like to stream the shows to my Xbox 360 in the living room. Dang internet.
