This photographer did this really funny looking set of photos where the idea was to photograph superheros and celebs looking sad when reflecting on our current economic and social climate. The project looks as though it was meant to take a look at how things are so sad that they affect our larger than life characters and personnas… but for me, the people doing the impersonations are just fucking hilarious looking.

I love the expressions on Batman and Aquaman too. Snow White is also morosely hilarious.

Aquaman cracks me up without the point to the photos being discussed. that’s just a funny ass photo.
These are real familiar too. Did you post a similar thing a year or so ago? Superheroes doing household chores or something?
