    Okay, it’s not a person, but a piece of code. One of the other sites hosted here had a plugin update and within it was a piece of code that has blown up all of the WordPress installations I have. The forums are unaffected, so if you got here via a bookmark, you can see that the site is uber ugly now. But it works.

    If you got here any other way, you are fucking magic!

    Updates when I have them.

    It’s been a muthafucka, but I’m just about done restoring files back to the server, and I’ll see about making these forum pages look “normal”.

    I should rebuild soon anyway.

    So now I have a complete backup of the internet on 3.5″ floppies, dated 2/12/2012 (that’s the date I restored from, but left the database current)

    The forums work, and the show feeds work. I may just leave this half-assed until I get a new site built. It’s hard to say what I’ll do at this point, but I know I’m tired of jacking around with this crapola.

    Time to post a different subject.

    I guess I’m just using this thread to update and to “think”… have upgraded to vBulletin 4, not sure yet if I want to customize this one, or just move off of vB completely. It looks like this may be the best version to make that decision from.

    Someone go post in the boobies thread.
