I love it when Bryan referred himself as the Captain, nice! And Jerry’s is on-point with the music, Jerry-on-the-spot. That Las Vegas story, WOW, you got to be kidding me. They know how to make money. As for the the Blimpie/John Day story, what an asshole. All of us at one time, use to or still work in customer service, for me thank God not anymore. But I would let Bryan slide, matter of fact I understand and agree with Bryan about annoying people with cell phones, but the fact is he already ordered.
The fact really is that the guy took a principle that has the specific intention of not holding up the line, and beat me over the head with it just to be a dick. I’m not letting this guy go… I’ve let exceptionally bad service ruin my day FAR too many times without consequence to let this one go too. This is a chance for everyone to prove that the customer DOES matter. I’ve got a few new ideas since then. Stay tuned to the new thread (being created soon).
