The writers have listed the Transformers that will be in the movie. I’m disappointed there will be no Soundwave.

I still wonder what the hell they’re gonna do about Megatron….didn’t someone ’round here say something about him possibly being a tank or something?
Knowing Hollywood it’ll be some wierd crap like a septic tank or something.
Note that is not a complete list. The fact that Frenzy is listed means that a fan-friendly appearance of Soundwave is still possible.
Well, according to a forum I read, Frenzy was added in at the last minute as a “replacement” for Soundwave. It’s not like any of the side characters are actually keeping their traits, except for the core.
Here are some updated pics, including Optimus in robot form, a new one called Incinerator and Scorponok.
I sure hope the movie lives up to expectations. I know it won’t (sadly) but I know I’ll be there opening weekend to see it.

I think it’s just fucking stupid looking. Some tribal art tattoo artist got a shot at designing a transformer… this retarded idea is the result. Maybe he will be cool when he’s blowing shit up.
