They fired everyone with less than a week’s notice and are going Top 40. Their tagline is “all the hits” (ooh, original), and they have a really unique playlist – Rhianna, Jonas Bros., T.I., etc.

    fuuuuck.

This type of thing happened recently in the DFW area too.

Does anyone really listen to radio anymore?

And of those that do, how many listen to it when NOT in a car

Bryan, it might be somewhat related; Tom Whatever the fuck, the guy you like to listen to, was on that station.

Yeah, I knew he was on out there on that station, Carolla too. I didn’t listen to Leikis all of the time, just on occasion. I bet his listenership is really bent out of shape in that market… that guy was huge.

I still listen at work when I’m not listening to podcasts, mostly switching between the two morning shows that aren’t cliched zoo crew fucktardness and a couple of news talk stations.

The only time is when I walk thru the warehouse, but other than that just podcasts. These guys, Adam Carolla (did a good job, #1 on iTunes) ESPN, SModcast.

If you like K-Smith check out the latest episode of the Slashfilm podcast where he joins them to review Watchmen.

No man, it’s the Slashfilm podcast, not Smodcast, he guested with them last week. Go here http://slashfilm.com/filmcast/ and scroll down because it’s not the latest show anymore. If you root around on the site you can find that he also joined them for their Dark Knight review, I think it’s around show 12.

Show 9 and I downloaded some other shows. Might be a good podcast.
